In addition to the required Reception/Switchboard experience, ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting either a mental health or substance abuse facility! Must be able to interact with patients and Doctors on a daily basis in a professional manner. Typical day will consist of answering all incoming calls for the organization, transferring to appropriate parties to include the Directors, perform data entry support, float to different buildings to cover phones for lunches, in addition to coordinating all mail distribution for the offices.
