Customer service professional needed for local hospital.



Do not have to have healthcare/medical background !! Really must have recent stable call center experience and a good phone voice. Communication is the key!



Will be working in a small call center handling multi-line inbound phone calls from customers inquiring about current free community events such as:



HEALTH INFORMATION, CHILD BIRTH CLASSES AND/OR HIP AND PAIN CLASSES FOR EXAMPLE



Required: data entry of the customers name, address, phone #...etc. into a windows program. Will participate in large bulk mailings approx 4 a day and send out approx 100 letters and/or correspondence.



May be required to walk into the hospital to pick up mail for the office and/or drop off into the main hospital.



General office experience-copying, filing, faxing.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in working in a high volume call center. Must truly enjoy customer support in call center environment. Must have basic working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows. Must be compassionate & work well within a team.
