Real Estate company has an immediate need for a Property Manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to overseeing industrial/flex commercial properties. Ideal candidate will have min 5-7 years experience in Commercial Management with experience in managing budgets and financial operations. Ability to negotiate vendor contracts, in addition to performing site inspections for maintenance needs, safety hazards, tenant issues, landscape needs, curb appeal, signage, etc. Will also be responsible for invoice processing. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task. Salary will commensurate qualifications. CPM preferred. Commercial experience is absolutely required, will only respond to qualified candidates.!
