?Interfaces with clients, vendors, and company personnel to establish and monitor business continuity plans and procedures for small to medium sized projects.
?Coordinates and monitors simulation testing for smaller platforms and assists in the planning and organization of recovery tests. Prepares pre-test objectives and post-test reports for the client and operations management personnel.
?Investigates, plans, documents, implements, and maintains business continuity plans to ensure customer needs are met.
?Advises and formulates a crisis management team to ensure that business continuity plans are implemented consistently across all small to medium sized projects.
?Develops awareness incentives to ensure that clients are of aware of the company business continuity services, as well as the policies and procedures associated with said services.
