For this contract position, our client is seeking a Mid-level to Senior Deskside Support Analyst to provide end-user support to the client community.

Duties shall include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide Install/ Move/ Add/ Change (IMAC) and Break/Fix activities as required
  
• Respond to and close both incident and non-incident based cases
  
• Stage, Build and Image systems with standard client image
  
• Complete special projects as requested
  
• Provide technical training to more junior employees
  
• Perform data collection/preservation activities as they relate to migrations and/or eDiscovery
  
• Upon initial deployment/installation, instruct users on the basic use of product and licensed programs
  
• Where required, provide support for the manufacturing "Shop-Floor" handhelds, laptops and scanner devices
